Hey, so sometimes it doesn't count time when you're in game, or when you're not in game it counts the time to like, 789 minutes and then it doesn't even save any minutes at all.

I agree but when this occurs you can just contact your direct manager (or someone who has access to hyra) for them to add the minutes manually.
