The new system allows you to select your repeat type with more fidelity

- Weekly on Monday
- Monthly on the 18th

Bugs Fixed
- Fixed an issue where session config would fail to load due to properties issue
- Changed lock type for ranking oauth
- Fixed issue with Ranking upgrades for annual subscriptions on certain promotions
- Fixed issue with Avatar API
