A workspace audit log to show all actions done by staff. This can include editing views, editing staff, managing settings, etc.

There should be an option to stop a user's minutes, because sometimes minutes glitch, and it's hard to get users to rejoin to stop their minutes.

There should be an option so someone with logbook permissions is not allowed to view someone's logbook on someone over a certain rank. This would be helpful so only SHRs can view a department member's logbook and not other department members, to keep department member's punishment classified and only the SHRs can see it.

The current department system as in the field is great and all however I believe it could be changed to be better. My idea for this is have an area within settings where you may configure a Department, or even a page for departments as i'm not bothered. But essentially upon creation of a Department you'd be able to assign a Department Director, Department Manager's and then also setup if anyone may join the Department or not. Then with these departments members of the workspace can either be invited to the department by the director or they may request to join. Once in a department they'd be able to see Department only announcement's, Setup Department wide Requirements, Department only Documentation, and anything else that the community of hyra may want which I'm sure they may comment it on this post. I know that this would be quite alot to develop however I believe that a good amount of communities would love something like this.

Kind of like how there is add/remove minutes, there should be add/remove sessions in the same spot where add/remove minutes are.

Sometimes employees may need clarification on a subject or they have a question that has not been addressed. Why look no further than a Q&A / FAQ section on the Hyra dashboard. This will allow employees to ask questions and higher ranking staff members to provide them with answers. This can also feature a FAQ section which will allow high ranks to pin questions that have been asked frequently and their answers.

Add a blacklist example if a rank before supervision team is blacklisted of being st+ so hr will see to not promote this person

At the moment, the Staff Management panel only shows that current week's data. It would be good to open this up to be dynamic, such that I can set it to see biweekly data, or monthly data. This would allow us to judge staff not on a weekly basis, but on a more in depth basis to see how active they truly are, and can be long-term.

A system to rank users in the Roblox group using Hyra. Similar to the old Hyra group admin in V1.

An additional feature for Time-off at Hyra could be 'Holiday Allowances". Workplace admins would be able to set certain pre-determined limits for holidays, dependant on the role. They would have options, for example: Allow [X] day(s) holiday, every [MONTH, QUATER, YEAR] for [X] role(s). Of course users would still be able to request more days from Management. Other considerations for this feature may also include 'Personal Days'. I have attached a picture concept from an Employee Point of View, to help illustrate my idea.
