Allow for changing the colour of your avatar on Hyra

Create a promotion page where a specific middle rank can recommend someone for a position (ideally your first MR rank). It then can be upvoted with justification by others with the ability to write recommendations, and eventually submitted to your Human Resources/Staffing/Employment Department for reviewal.

Give us the option to change our account password after we've registered.

You should be able to change your own birthday, a lot of people accidentally click skip on that option, but then they regret it, let them change it on their own! It can be a button on the side maybe, but please!

Have a second confirmation that you want to delete entries in the logbook before permanently removing them from the history.

Add a 2 Factor Authentication for more security on your Hrya Account.

It would be beneficial to have a roles setting where they can check off their checkbox assignments for themselves and others, and if turned off, they can't do so.

Change the "Start of Work Week" to "End of Work Week", this is much more helpful especially for groups that do their distributions on Friday's, Saturday's, or Sunday's.

Would be useful so you know if staff meet the requirement in order to be payed!

Back in 2022 there was a recap that showed you your sessions, minutes, most active time of day, etc. I appreciated this feature and was confused as to why I did not see it again in 2023.
