Feature Requests

As seen by the significant Hyra downtime today there are times in which the Hyra service is unavailable If this occurs at the end of the week when the requirement reset is about to occur and people are unable to add minutes/sessions before the week ends people are more or less stuffed in that their activity from the previous week is reduced In the outage today numerous trainings were unable to be logged and minutes were lost as Hyra only allows you to add minutes and include people in session logs for that week. I have more or less been stuffed over as to my superior officers it appears as if I have not completed my requirements (even though I reached the required minutes and was in the process of logging sessions) due to activity not being able to be added retrospectively. I would suggest that Hyra allows the retrospective addition of minutes and sessions to, at a bare minimum, allow for the addition of activity the week before to ensure that people are not impacted in cases of severe outages.

Add the ability to log more such as promotions, demotion, ban, blacklist,etc. You get the point.

Have the option in the leaderboard to see more than the top 3.

add strikes for if you fail quota that appear above your user and if you get a certain amount of strikes (which can be set by the owner or admins) you get demoted!

I'd recommend for Hyra to add a way for the staff view to add personal category sorting (Not global; aka being able to be seen from everyone). Everyone would be able to sort by their own needs.

I think that a gitbook integration for the knowledge base could be useful

Have notifications for when trainings/shifts are about to be hosted AND have a notification sent to people if they haven't completed their weekly requirements as a reminder.

A place to write down stuff like who they are going to promote or demote.

When adding an action, would it be possible to have a 'Text Editor Button' similar to the one in Teams. Once clicked, a bunch of options would pop-up for Bold, Italics, etc.

Currently promotion votes don't allow for downvotes, it'd be nice to have them so the team can decide on promotees easily. Additionally, it would be nice if the logbook of the person who was recommended automatically showed up for promotion votes.
