Add a 2 Factor Authentication for more security on your Hrya Account.

Support for passkeys seems like a nice idea as they're an increasingly growing feature on the web and more and more services are starting to use them. They're also really convenient, and secure and would likely be a welcome feature to Hyra.

Add a page where people with the required permissions can use the page for the following: to kick ban and warn but through hyra to prevent abuse and this kick ban and warn would be for LRs not MR+.
