I don't see why this can't be an option for workspace owners to customise the kind of leaderboard they want, some larger groups might want to be able to recognise more people and make a leaderboard spot more achievable

Thanks for the suggestion! I personally disagree with adding the option to see more than the top 3 on the leaderboard, since the whole point of a leaderboard is to highlight only the top performers. Expanding it would make it feel cluttered and take attention away from the people who actually reached the highest spots.
