As seen by the significant Hyra downtime today there are times in which the Hyra service is unavailable

If this occurs at the end of the week when the requirement reset is about to occur and people are unable to add minutes/sessions before the week ends people are more or less stuffed in that their activity from the previous week is reduced

In the outage today numerous trainings were unable to be logged and minutes were lost as Hyra only allows you to add minutes and include people in session logs for that week.

I have more or less been stuffed over as to my superior officers it appears as if I have not completed my requirements (even though I reached the required minutes and was in the process of logging sessions) due to activity not being able to be added retrospectively.

I would suggest that Hyra allows the retrospective addition of minutes and sessions to, at a bare minimum, allow for the addition of activity the week before to ensure that people are not impacted in cases of severe outages.
