Give us the option to change our account password after we've registered.

When session logging it would be amazing if we could just enter the username and let Hyra confirm the exact username of the person after youpress enter or something. At the moment each time I copy and paste a username I still have to manually select the exact person from the dropdown and wait for the thing to load (which sometimes doesn't occur until I've put the next username in and then I have to go back and make sure it properly worked) which just makes session logging feel clunky and unresponsive. At this point I'm sure just logging in a Google Form would be a bit faster and less intensive for the logger. Allow images to be fully seen when uploading images for promotion recommendations, at the moment when an image is uploaded and kept during the drafting process the size is compressed and difficult to see completely. Please please please also make it so image files can also be dropped directly into the recommendation area as opposed to having to scroll through documents etc through the file picker 🙏🙏🙏 I've attached an image of what it looks like just so you can get an idea of how slightly annoying it is

Automate the logbook to sync with the Roblox group, so when users are suspended or terminated, staff members can choose what rank to set them to. Also, automatically end suspensions after a set amount of time, which will re-rank the user.

I feel like that if a session gets canceled, the host should be able to mark it as canceled, so that it is not just blank.

It would be useful to be able to track custom in-game task types with Hyra through an endpoint. It's currently difficult to tell whether an employee was truly being productive when the only stat is minutes in game. An example use case would be to track orders served in a cafe group. These tasks would be set up through the Hyra website, and would have a corresponding tracking ID, similar to google analytics or similar services. These tasks would ideally be displayed along with staff's minutes in game and other stats.

Make it where our theme color can be customized by RGB/HEX colors!!

Hi Hyra, Please add support for files like mp4 and GIF in our banners and posts as it helps to create a more welcoming atmosphere in Hyra, also assisting us in delivering more engaging notifications to our staff.

When the script activates, it should check if the user is inside of Roblox Studio first. If they are then it will not track them or it will show as "Developing Time" inside of studio instead for head developers to view to check activity.

Back in 2022 there was a recap that showed you your sessions, minutes, most active time of day, etc. I appreciated this feature and was confused as to why I did not see it again in 2023.
