add strikes for if you fail quota that appear above your user and if you get a certain amount of strikes (which can be set by the owner or admins) you get demoted!

I disagree with this because automatic warnings and demotions take the job away from staff management and remove the human judgment that is needed for quotas. Automated strikes can easily punish people unfairly due to mistakes or bugs, so it is better for staff to review situations themselves and handle them properly. Thanks for sharing the idea though.
