Allow developers to fetch the birthday of a user (month & date) via the API, or alternatively create a /GET endpoint to fetch all users whom's birthday lands on X day.

There is an endpoint for retrieving a specific user's birthday. It is not possible to aggregate birthdays on X day due to technical constraints.
