The homepage layout editor currently includes a screen shaking animation when moving elements, which makes precise positioning difficult and reduces overall usability. This behaviour appears to be part of the design rather than optional, limiting control during layout editing.

Introduce an option to disable or reduce this animation, or remove it entirely, to provide a smoother and more precise editing experience.
