I Think just for realism and most people will agree that sometimes if you issue a warning/strike that you should be able to edit or delete warnings if you put the reason in incorrectly or you created a warning accidentally for the wrong user.
Reasons is because this stays on that members record and can cause issues. Like for instance today I issued a warning but I forgot to attach the letter to attach onto it but I couldn't go back and edit and attach the letter for them.
I think this would be a good feature to add so it helps out HR Team.
