Add the ability for filters in Views to either be stacked together or 'or' 's (idrk how else to put that).
  • Filters can currently be stacked soto find the end result which is perfect.
  • Filters can't currently be either or. For example a view that either the user has rank 13 OR has the department on Hyra set as 'Staffing' .
