Have all actions done on logbook integrated into a discord web hook like how Time Off Does.

There should be an option to post to a webhook of sorts so when theres a warning logged on the logbook. So like if I put a warning on someone, it could send into a channel or it could message the member. Ofc this would be done though a custom api provided by the user.
