Popup
If a user failed to meet a requirement, make a popup when they log onto their hyra, and it's the first thing they see. And should be reminded of what to do.

Sam This seems like a good idea. You should also allow users to opt in and out of emails for different types, eg incomplete assignments, time off reviews
