When you use the drop-down in the top right, you get two options: Switch Workspace or Create a New Workspace. I think the Switch Workspace button isn't needed here, and instead that dropdown should just list your workspaces straight away, and just have the option to create a new one at the top of them. This is because most people associate and assume the drop-down is to swap workspaces, so the switch workspaces button just adds an extra step which takes time to navigate, it's just easier to have it removed and be able to switch workspaces straight from the dropdown.
