If a user has been roled a specific (ex, Spectator,) we could either build a form (as Hyra aims to replace all that other stuff) that would add to the set assignment or check it off and a user wouldn't be able to check it off themselves. This would be really helpful for ensuring that our Operations Department members do their required reflections post session.
