Rostering - Sessions + Training

As a Human Resource Management platform for Roblox, it would be great to have to option to roster certain staff onto shifts or training.
For example, I could roster certain people on certain days to host a training so that everyone is on the same page. Also adding options that will allow us to roster hosts, cohosts, etc on each day and see people's time off to know when not to roster people. This doesn't have to be a completely new feature but possibly adapting the training feature to be able to view the whole week, month, etc. Then possibly send out each month.

Hi VOIDPHIRE. Could you elaborate on how you'd like this to be implemented please? I'm curious to understand how this would work.
VOIDPHIRE
Sam: You would have a list of users on the right side within a certain ranking span and you're able to roster them from Mon - Sun for a dedicated time of a shift. For example I could roster VOIDPHIRE on Thursday for a 17:00 - 18:00 training session and then roster Sam on Wednesday for a 12:00 - 13:00 ingame session.
I might try to roster Karly on Tuesday for a training from 16:00 - 17:00 but she has an unavailability between 9:00 - 17:00 due to school.
Basically a calender roster view of the month, week, fortnight and then can roster a certain person a certain time to a role. Then I can create roles based on my own workspace as I might need a Host, CoHost, Session Leader, Trainer, etc. And then I can publish the roster for it to be sent out to all members. Many workspaces would benefit from this feature and would definitely be a reason to choose Hyra as you're able to do all human resource management on one page.
