Feature Requests

Some companies may be using Hyra without in-game capabilities, namely studio's. In this sense, it would be nice if we can assign actual tasks (things to get done/complete) to employees, compared to simple quota/game-time/session-hosting qualifications.

Allow for members with the permission to view other staff members profile to be able to join the server that specific member is in. Like the order system, yet, it is to deal with moderation requests, and other things.

It would be nice to see color-coding for the logbook i.e warnings amber colour, right now its very plain and boring in my opinion it would be easy to identify etc, i've taken some pictures for example purpose only one from logbook one from request time off, for examples only.

A permission specifically for deleting logs in the logbook to prevent someone that AA's by just removing all punishments on someones logbook. Also an audit log to see any logs that were deleted on the logbook.

I think it would be great to add a section where training guide links, MR handbooks ect are stored. This can provide easy access to MRs if they are looking at their activity/requirements and get their things ready before a training ect.

The issue I am facing is that I want to see the previous week’s session data and minute data without using assignments. This is due to Washiez shifting from hard requirements to soft requirements. What do I mean by this? Well, instead of forcing people, for example, 2 hours in-game and 1 session, we have it be 3 hours in-game OR 2 hours in-game and 1 session (for example). This creates the ability for sessions NOT to be required. When it came to me needing to change how Hyra displayed this information, I determined it would be easiest to set requirements to 0. This avoids confusion with sessions (as sometimes they don't need to do it) and allows for us to be able to see the previous week’s session and activity history just as assignments do. The issue: You can’t set assignment requirements to 0. This is an issue for us. Do I set the session total to 1 despite them not needing 1 just because I need it tracked? This is going to be questioned over and over again. “Did I fail that assignment?”, “Is it okay that I don’t need to do it”, “Are my assignments complete”, etc. What do I need? Personal information about sessions and minutes should not be restricted to be seen only if assignments are for it. I need staff to see how many sessions they got without requiring 1 via the page because, well, they don’t need 1 sometimes. For people to be able to see their current week's statistics AND previous weeks (maybe capped at a month back), we would be able to avoid confusion with how our group runs.

Allow due dates to be specified when giving out assignments.

I suggest that a leaderboard of trainings (sessions) attended should also be added to the website. It would function similarly to the current minutes leaderboard. It would also be nice if the number of times you have a certain role in the week could also be displayed to you privately. (Such as host X 3, co-host X 2 etc)

Maybe the Session Bot if you don’t have a bot you may use Sessions to announce the Training Session

For warnings, I would love for these to expire after said period of time. This would make staff management easy. Maybe even just keeping the warning and having an "Expired" tag over the logbook entry would be great for easy readability.
